All booking fees are non-refundable, and chargebacks are not accepted. Ticket refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date. If an event is cancelled or postponed, you are entitled to request a refund of the ticket price only within a 3-day window. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be honoured.
